Based on this philosophy, the company employs skilled, fully trained and experienced technical personnel. The staff participates in regular training for the products the company represents. They also attend exhibitions and seminars to keep them abreast of the latest information and developments.
The technical staff fulfills even the most demanding customer requirement be it for complete solutions and studies, installations, expansion, upgrading, or repair.
CALAVITIS S.A. provides strong after sales support and service through CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE 16/7 (16 hour per day 7 days a week).
Should direct telephone support prove insufficient, a visit on site by one of our trained technicians could be arranged.
The response time in the Athens area is one hour, if the telephone call is made during working hours (09:00 -17:00). Should the call occur at other unscheduled hours, the response time is up to three hours.
Telephone support is also provided by our Service Department, which operates Monday through Friday, from 09:00 - 17:00.The Service Department also stocks a large range of spare parts to cover customer's needs.
